Each year the Manilow Card earns from $20,000 to $50,000. Manilow Fund donations usually range from $100 to $250. All of the money is donated to charities suggested by BMIFC members and Manilow Fund Card holders. And all of the money goes to local charities that really need a helping hand.
Our mail often includes letters of thanks from local groups that were able to pay their rent because they received a $250 Manilow Fund check. Or a group that could send another kid to camp because of our $100 surprise. Or was able to re-locate a woman and her kids into a safe environment with a few hundred dollars raised by your credit cards.
We know it's not millions. But we also know that it's an easy way for many of us to give back. And it's painless.

Pre-Order - This item has not been released yet but is in production. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your own personal copy of an item, before the release, to ensure yourself a copy before supplies run out and to guarantee prompt delivery on release. | There may be times when an item you wish to order is on backorder. Backorder simply means that the product is out of stock at the time, but the warehouse is aware that you want the item. When the item arrives, we will automatically ship your order to you if we do not hear otherwise. Your credit card account will not be charged until the item is shipped. We ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the backordered items separately when they come in. If your order requires two shipments due to backorder, you will only be charged for shipping on the initial order. |

Because we offer rare and hard to find, limited edition and collectible items, all sales are final. However, defective records, CD's, audio tapes, and videos may be exchanged for the same item and defective or wrong size clothing items may be exchanged for the same item in another size.
Once opened, Starz.bz will not accept for return any packaged non-clothing items, including CDs, cassettes, DVD's, or VHS's. |

The Starz Points program is Starz.bz´s purchase rewards program.
Starz.bz customers earn points each time a merchandise purchase is made. Every dollar spent equals one Starz Point. Points can be redeemed for eligible merchandise. If eligible, the product page will display how many points are needed to purchase an item. Shipping charges still apply.

Billing: By starting your MANILOW.TV membership, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly membership fee, and any applicable tax charges you may incur in connection with your use of the MANILOW.TV service to the Payment Method you provided during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. Click on the "Membership Terms and Details" link on the "Your Account" page to see the commencement date for your next renewal period. We automatically bill your Payment Method 31 days after your subscription becomes active. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying member on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information by clicking on the "My Account" button on Starz.bz, and also emailing orders@starz.bz to notify us of the change. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
Ongoing Membership: Your MANILOW.TV membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method. We will bill the monthly membership fee plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information).
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership to MANILOW.TV at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. To cancel, email your name and membership number to orders@starz.bz with the subject heading "Cancel Membership."
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any or no reason. |
