How are seats assigned?
Orders are taken on a first come first served basis.

How many tickets can I request?
Unless otherwise stated, one may only attend one Platinum Package in 2008, whether going as the purchaser or as a guest.

If I order more than one ticket will the seats be together?
Yes.

What if I have a friend who is also a member and we both order tickets, can we sit together?
Sorry, we can not place multiple groups together, but in most cases, you will be seated next to other BMIFC members.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Sorry, but all sales are final. Tickets can’t be changed and are non-refundable.

How are my tickets shipped?
Tickets are shipped via UPS 3rd Day Air. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We do not waive signatures for deliveries and we can’t deliver tickets to PO or APO boxes.

What happens if I missed the delivery?
UPS will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If you miss the delivery, you should receive a delivery notice and you may pick up your package at the UPS office assigned to your area. If the tickets are returned to the Manilow Fund seven (7) business days prior to the show, we will reship your tickets at your cost. If returned less than seven (7) business days prior, your tickets can be picked up at the venue’s Will Call. If the Manilow Fund can confirm that UPS is still in possession of the tickets and the tickets are reserved seating, a voucher in the name of the member will be arranged with the venue’s box office.

Someone else signed for my package and I never received it?
If the package is delivered by UPS and signed for at your designated delivery address, we will assume that you have received the package and any claim that the package was never received at that point will be deemed invalid.

Will you replace lost or stolen tickets?
Sorry but lost or stolen tickets can’t be replaced. If your tickets are destroyed, we can only replace them if you provide proof (such as the ticket remains). Any claims for replacement tickets must be made prior to the show date. If your claim is judged to be valid, arrangements will be made. General admission tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are usually shipped two weeks after your order.

Starz.bz reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to and service of any customer for any or all services provided by Starz.bz at any time and without notice as Starz.bz deems appropriate.

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Starz.bz from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Starz.bz, its agents, officers and employees that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold.

Starz.bz disclaims any warranty or merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Starz.bz and its employees. Starz.bz reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
